“One of the owners actually came out the worked on the bid. Very professional, one channel/person that answered most questions, no middle man/tech/foreman or sales, but they came a bit late in our decision process, wish we had pursued further rather than their competitor. Their competitor won out b/c they had worked on a similar project near by, but too many layers, no single point of accountability with our project.
