“I found Furniture Restyler from one of my neighbors. What an amazing resource Gina Wilson is! I have a few projects that she has worked on for me and gave me great, thoughtful, and well-designed solutions that I could afford. One particular piece was an old wardrobe that I inherited (I must say I hated it...) and she made it into something I actually love and will feel good passing down myself. She not only redesigned it with better doors, but she handled finding a craftsman to execute the design (I paid her to just do it for me...) and delivered it in 3 weeks! Gina is a great product designer in her own right and knows woodworking inside out. What a gem to have her in the Triangle area; she gets 5-stars from our household!”

“I just want to say a brief few words about our experience with Sanderlin Upholstery. My wife's mother had recently died, leaving behind a few things that had sentimental value; one of those was her reclining armchair. This was her by far favorite chair. Although it was in terrible shape—it looked old, it had lost most of its spring, and, because she was a chain smoker, it reeked of cigarette smoke. Although my wife was not initially interested in keeping the chair, I suggested we hold onto it as a way to honor her mom’s memory. Knowing that my wife’s birthday was coming up in a few weeks, I decided to look into getting it resurrected, and began doing research online. I found numerous upholstery sites, but Allen Sanderlin was by far the most responsive, and his prices were very competitive—in fact the best I found. Allen listened carefully to all of the details I gave him, including how sentimentally important this project was for my wife. When the day came for us to pick up the chair, we were completely blown away by its total transformation. The quality of the workmanship was impeccable, and as I said before, the service was excellent. I’ve included before and after pics, to give an idea of what we got for our money. I would highly recommend Sanderlin Upholstery to anyone interested in restoring their furniture!”
