“I have a vintage (circa 1940's) carved and painted table and buffet made from golden oak. which I got from an antiques store many years ago. It is a small and lovely but heavy piece of furniture. The table had previously been mended inexpertly so that the table top was not securely attached to the legs. Because of how it was mended I couldn't figure out how to stabilize it myself. I finally contacted Grimes to see if they could fix it. They did a great job, and also went above and beyond the call of duty. At the time my kitchen was being remodeled and the dining room full of stuff. Grimes held on to the table for me until that work was completed. It was such a helpful thing for them to do! I recommend them whole-heartedly.”
