“Being new to this market I had to start from scratch to find a pool builder. I interviewed multiple companies and looked at their work in the area. What I noticed was a commonality in pool shapes and finishes. In other words, they looked very similar. This was not what I wanted. Interviewed Emerald Pools and found them to be very creative in the design process. They provided a comprehensive scaled rendering that contained all elements. Throughout the building phase, this company was extremely professional, responsive meeting all timelines. The Owner was involved in the process from beginning to end. The finished product is a truly unique pool and deck design featuring custom stonework that I have not seen in this market. Highly recommend Emerald Pools.”

“We selected Dolce Pools based upon the great reviews we read. We could not have been any more satisfied with our choice! From the moment the owner, Tyler Neufeldt, initially arrived to discuss our vision of the project, we were extremely impressed with both his professionalism and depth of knowledge of pool installations. This was our very first pool and Tyler was extremely patient as we discussed the layout, plaster, decking, tile and coping, lighting, equipment and pumps. Within minutes, he had designed the project on his laptop and provided us a fair and reasonable quotation. From that moment, we were extremely confident we made the right choice in pool contractors, even though we had received a lower quotation from another contractor. Installation, beginning with excavation, and continuing with plumbing, forming, gunite, deck form, and ending with startup, could not have gone any smoother! Tyler communicated regularly by providing updates and scheduling the work with his subcontractors. Not once did we ever feel we weren't "in the know" and Tyler always ensured we knew the next step and when it would occur. Other than normal weather-type delays, the project flowed smoothly and was completed timely. All workers were extremely punctual and completed the work in a proficient and efficient manner. If Tyler wasn't personally overseeing the work, his project superintendent, Ben, was always onsite. In addition, Tyler provided outstanding training on how to properly maintain the pool. Since the pool was completed, I've contacted him on several occasions, including evenings and weekends, to ensure we are satisfactorily maintaining the pool......remember, this is our very first pool. Each time he patiently and enthusiastically answered all our questions, never making us feel we were intruding or wasting his time. Its obvious that once you are a customer of Dolce Pools, you are a customer for life. We strongly and wholeheartedly recommend utilizing Tyler Neufeldt and Dolce Pools for your pool installation and wouldn't hesitate, for one moment, recommending them to our friends and family. “I cannot say enough good things about Tile Concepts. They exceeded my expectations in every aspect. I did a re-plaster and complete remodel of my pool. This was not the cheapest company but was price competitive - not the most expensive either. The owner has decades of experience and his crews are the best. I was amazed at their proficiency as I watched various phases of the project. The best reason to use this company is the owner. He is not afraid to roll up his sleeves and personally make sure every detail is being done to his standards. He was always present - I kept seeing him over and over again - It was incredible. He is easy to communicate with - text, phone, or in person. He stays on top of every detail. The day my pool was filling was Christmas day. He came by to check on it and add chemicals. Who would demonstrate this type of commitment? I absolutely love my new pool. He gave great ideas and suggestions to help us arrive at the finished product. The crews cleaned up after the job was done. When I put in this pool 10 years ago, I went with the lowest cost and boy did I regret it. If you want to really love your pool you won't be disappointed with this company. I honestly don't have anything I wish they'd done better or different. Worth every penny”
