“My wife and I hired Sunset Designers and Builders to completely remodel our backyard. The project involved refurbishing our original pool that was built in 1957, adding a spa, new concrete decking, BBQ island/outdoor kitchen, deck/planter drains, fire pit, sitting wall, landscaping and yard lights. We are 100% happy with Sunset and glad we went with them over the other bidders. They are honest, timely, communicate openly and quickly and continue to drop by and check in on our backyard. We highly recommend Sunset.”

“Mclaughlin installed hardscape in my backyard consisting of spa with waterfall, fireplace, retaining walls, raised patio with dual steps, pilasters and custom benches. The hardscape turned out beautiful. High quality material consisting of travertine and stacking stone , excellent color/texture for stone work, grand looking custom colored concrete caps on retaining walls and pilasters. High quality spa equipment. The curves for walkways and walls add an interesting dimension to yard. Jerry has a key eye for art which he is able to translate into his landscaping projects.”

“Danny and the whole California Custom Pools group was incredible. Danny worked with us on the design to meet our aesthetic and budget. There were no unexpected costs. All the workers involved in the project did great work and were respectful of our property. It was amazing how quickly things moved once we received the permit. “I have to say after all these years my pool is a great spot for our family. The backyard is a spot we truly enjoy. Let me start at the beginning. Bill was professional and kept all his promises After the final agreement the job went smoothly on time and on budget. Any questions that would arise were promptly answered. “We are absolutely thrilled and so thankful we picked Teserra Outdoor living for our project!! From the moment we met Kenny, we knew we were going with Teserra. As we described our wish list for our yard...he listened intently and immediately began filling it in, fleshing it out, giving suggestions, options, creative thoughts about our space....he made it come to life for us as he described what they were going to do in exacting detail...to make our dream yard a reality for our family. We couldn't wait to sign our contract!! Kenny designed our project, brought drawings and even had a professional artist do a video rendering of our job so we could better understand the elevations and scope of each element. The design was and is "Award Winning"!! I have nothing but praise for Gary, our project foreman. Garys reassuring presence daily at our job site...allowed for us to ask questions, seek advice and benefit from his many, many, many years of building pools and outdoor spaces as we began selecting our stone, tile, pebbletech, concrete colors, coping material, etc... Gary's calm, steady demeanor is exactly what we needed during such a giant undertaking. Edmundo and his crew....the tile, stone, retention wall builders...are TOP notch!! They worked steady from 7:00 am to 4:00 everyday...until our retention walls, firepit, flagstone, stairs, coping were done and absolutely perfect!! No disappearing act for days at a time from these guys, just solid, steady, work until it was done. I am beyond grateful we selected Teserra Outdoor Living for our project. “We originally contacted three pool contractors but selected Pacific Paradise Pools based on Rich's response time and professionalism, the fact that the company had a real (and nearby) showroom, and Rich's obvious experience in the industry. After comparing costs, we probably could have saved a bit of money with another vendor ($5k or less) but I honestly believe we received the best service and, in my experience, tradeoffs between cost and excellence are rarely worth it. Rich put together a team of experts who coordinated the various skilled work that needs to be performed for pool construction. They were able to deliver on the timeline and the cost projections, giving us everything we asked for and a beautiful pool just in time for the summer! We would highly recommend Rich and Pacific Paradise Pools.”

“Garden View did an excellent job on designing and building my large outdoor kitchen. It included a barbecue, burners, fireplace, large counter areas, and stone base and pillars. He built a shade structure off the house and used pavers for the floor areas. Mark and his staff was delightful to work with. I have contacted them many times for additional purchases and minor tweeks, and they were as helpful as when they were constructing my kitchen.”
