He brings to his job not only his skilled ability but the intelligence to analyze the source of a problem so it may be resolved in the most efficient and economical way. Mr. Conklin has worked on several projects in my home and I have always been pleased with his work, work ethic and professional attitude for each job he has preformed. “Called to MRD Industries to see if they could repair our Nordic Trac leg extension pedal that needed to be welded. They were very friendly over the phone, and were willing to work on it, even though they had many projects to complete. They completed the project, in record time, even though it was very difficult to repair. Ironically, the other leg extension broke, I called MRD and they were able to fix it on the same day. I was very impressed with their speed of repair & their quality of work.”
