During the design of our house, David worked through three iterations of drawings until he and we agreed a plan. David gained a good understanding of what we needed and incorporated our needs into the plans. David helped us to recruit a very good builder. During the build it was invaluable having David around to ensure building was being done in accordance with national safety standards but also to negotiate with the builder how certain work should be done e.g. David insisted on RSJs being recessed, had strong opinions on the height of the extension, and the positioning of a roof light to achieve maximum light and aesthetic appeal. David was a great help in telling us where to source materials in particular the door but also floors, the kitchen and bathroom furniture. He renovates houses all the time so if you know what you want, he can tell you where to get it. David is really interested in producing beautiful work so he's a great person to have in your corner and is always a pleasure to deal with. We recommend highly.”
