“What started out with the installation of a tankless water heater and Water purification system, turned into having a tub removed and handicap accessible shower installed. Both the tankless water heater and water purification system were delivered with hidden defects. Dwayne was very patient and helped us work through homeowner purchased products. After working through the dynamics of trouble shooting the problems, uninstalling the defective items, we then moved into the bathroom remodel. Again there were concealed problems, all of them resolved satisfactorily, resulting in an excellent project.”

“Austin always responds immediately when I contact him, knows his business and is reasonably priced. He has done many jobs for me including under kitchen sink drain rework, toilet repair, replaced all the leaking shut off valves under the sinks and toilets, new hot water heater, and most recently installed a shut off valve for the incoming main water line so I can easily turn water off myself when I go out of town. Austin does quality work and in general is a nice trustworthy man.”

“After getting online and in-home estimates for a whole house re-piping Rolland Reash came out much lower than the rest. Also their work took half the time compared to one estimate of 5 days (2.5 days). I got Dale and Austin they were very professional and helpful with the information. They only made 3 holes in repiping the house which they say is unusual as it can take 10-12 holes on average. The guy who did the drywall repair was very good as well. One thing that took away was they had a big project on plumbing an entire apartment complex so they delayed the job start date by a day. I found the price extremely reasonable and workmanship excellent. Talk to Joe who does the estimates and you'll probably be impressed.”

“Woke up to a note from my husband that out kitchen sink was backed up. I called Budget Rooter this morning at 7:30 am, this was after I called another company that abruptly told me they didn't open until 8 am. The personal from Budget Rooter was more than happy to help me, took down my information and by 11 am my sink was fixed. William showed up on time, was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The price was also very reasonable. I would use them again.”

“I can't say enough about this company. There guys are nice, respectful and hardworking. They left the job site cleaner then they found it, actually sweeping up inside my home. They did a wonderful organized job and stayed late when they had to. The prices are fair and the invoicing is easy to understand and very detailed.”

“Honest and inexpensive. Renovated nightmare plumbing on a rental house for me. There was a laundry list of things that had to be done from kitchen sink drain leak to replacing a gas water heater with an electric heater and running a new service line from the meter box. Made recommendations that saved me aggravation in the future and used quality fixtures/water heater. Showed up when they said they would or called if there was an emergency. Had one or two items that had to be re-done (employee was experiencing personal issues). Owner brought the employee back out and stayed while the employee made repairs. Have referred this company to friends and they have also been happy with their work.”
