Working with the BHS crew was a breeze on our project. We really appreciated that they're a family-owned operation, pouring a lot of heart into their work. Their communication game was strong, a standout point in previous reviews and from the moment we met Celli. They were always just a message away and kept us well-informed.
Even though we stuck to our original build designs, they let us have the wiggle room to tweak the final touches as the build progressed. Since this was our first venture into a project like this, having solid communication and flexibility was a big deal for us. The team holds themselves to high standards, and we couldn't be happier with the top-notch quality of the end result.

The entirety of the work was executed to the utmost standard of excellence. Celli oversees a team comprising highly skilled craftsmen. These individuals demonstrated thoughtfulness, diligence, and exceptional manners throughout the project.
Completion of the entire house spanned approximately 8 weeks, during which the work area was consistently maintained in a clean and orderly fashion at the conclusion of each workday

After checking out loads of loft conversion companies in North East London, we finally decided to go with Better Homes Studio for our hip to gable loft conversion.
Just a couple of months after our first chat with Gino, we've got an amazing loft conversion, all done and dusted in just 9 weeks, just like they promised from the get-go.
Celli and his squad were total pros, super helpful, and hardworking, and they kept us in the loop with everything through WhatsApp, mail and phone which made everything a breeze. Plus, we didn't get hit with any sneaky extra costs, which was a breath of fresh air compared to some other companies we've dealt with.
I had been looking around for about a year, almost ready to throw in the towel, before finding them.
I can't recommend Better Homes Studio enough.
Big thanks to Celli, Gino and their team for all the hard graft and for making the whole building process smooth sailing. Having the same three builders from start to finish was really great.

We have now worked with Celli, Gino and the team twice, once for a major renovation and once for some minor but important work, and both times we have been absolutely delighted with the service that they have provided. They complete all work to the highest standard and they are very friendly and easy to communicate with. We have been consistently impressed at the quality of their plumbing, carpentry and painting and decorating (as well as everything else), and we can’t recommend them highly enough.

I couldn’t be happier with my kitchen and bathroom renovation.
The better homes studio managed to bring my vision to life, I still can’t believe it is the same house.
Vlad did fantastic work, and I have nothing but good words for Gino. He managed to meet every request we had, answered all of my questions and made what seemed a mammoth task seem easier.
I couldn’t think of a better team and I’ll definitely go back to them if I want any more work done in the future!

My house, which is more than a century old, was magnificently restored by Better Homes Studio. They did an exceptional job, especially with the preservation of the original woodwork that is a prominent feature of our home. I had complete trust in the BHS team while they worked in my house. It's rare to find people who truly understand how to handle the grand, historic homes in our area. Celli and his crew are outstanding and pay meticulous attention to detail. I'll definitely be calling them for any future projects.
They've already beautifully transformed my dining room, living room, and bedrooms.
I can't imagine entrusting this work to anyone else.

From start to finish, they did an awesome job!
The project was handled really well, and it was easy to get answers to any questions we had. The staff was super friendly and actually considered all my ideas when planning the bathroom. The whole team did a fantastic job, from the first call to measure the bathroom to finishing the work. The installers were really neat, cleaning up every day, and they kept me in the loop on the progress.
No doubt, I'd go with BHS again. Thanks for a job well done!

Just wanted to drop a quick note about the bathroom reno from Better Homes Studio. Overall, I'm really pleased with how it turned out.
The process was straightforward, and they were good at keeping me updated. The team knows their stuff, and the quality of work is solid. The new bathroom meets my expectations, and I'm happy with the result.
If you're in the market for a renovation, I'd give these guys a look.

Everyone at Better Homes Studio was super nice, making the whole process a breeze. They're reliable, trustworthy, and great at finding solutions. Huge shoutout to Celli and Gino for being awesome at their jobs. And there are others who really paid attention to the details and listened to what we wanted.
The tender process was straightforward and easy to understand. Chatting with Gino over the phone and email was a big help. He broke down exactly what we'd be getting and how everything would come together. Celli’s attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm for their product/service made us feel really confident and trusting.

Withstood the test of time!
We waited a bit before sharing our thoughts – didn't see the point in posting a review until we saw how the craftsmanship held up over a few years. Happy to report the results are terrific! No sagging, cracks, or water issues, and it's still looking fantastic after two years.
Throughout the construction, the team was punctual, polite, and attentive to any concerns we had. The final stretch took a bit longer than expected, but chatting with others who've had similar work done, it seems like more of an industry norm than a specific problem with the build, because hidden issues especially in older buildings, tend to pop up.
A big thanks to Gino for the great after-care. He followed up to ensure everything was completed to our satisfaction.
All in all, we're really pleased with Better Home Studio’s work. So much so that we're considering them for our next project!

We chose them becouse they seemed to understand better than the rest what kind of transformation we wanted for our home. We can now enjoy our little mediteranean corner in central London.

Old building, a lot of problems, right? Well, not after contracting Better Homes Studio!
The team from BHS did a great job at renovating our recently bought house. Great quality of work, perfect communication between us and them throughout the whole renovating process.
I truly appreciated how they managed to stick to the agreed project duration, even if some "hidden issues" were discovered, everything was fixed in time for us to move in.

I bought my flat that was completely renovated about 2 years ago. Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about, but it didn’t feel like my own until I hired Better Homes Studio to remodel the bathroom and the kitchen.
I had some ideas about changing the layout of the bathroom, but I was kind of afraid that that would be technically impossible. After speaking to Gino & Celli i was assured that there’s nothing that can’t be done. The design team is great also, basically what I saw in the renders is what I got.
My kitchen is now so beautiful as the custom made tiled splash back that they have built for me added my own personality to the space.

We hired Better Homes Studio for the complete house renovation of our newly purchased home.
We got a good deal on the house but it needed a lot of works since it hasn’t been renovated for almost half a century.
Floors, subfloors, joists, ceilings, electrics, heating, bathrooms and kitchen.. basically the whole thing needed renovation.
Being newbies, We never knew home renovating takes so much work, so much effort and knowledge it’s overwhelming, but BHS took us through the whole process step by step, explaining everything that had to be explained, going the extra mile to make sure the project is carried out and completed to match out to requirements and to a very high standard for attention to details. The guys were also very polite and always nice.
Few issues with deliveries and miscommunication were immediately sorted and after 14 and a half weeks of hard work, they delivered our dream home just like we wanted it.
We cannot recommend BHS enough.

We contracted the guys from Better Homes Studio, at the recommendation of our architect, after we had plans drawn up for our side extension. They were not the cheapest quote we got, but they were by far the friendliest and most knowledgeable out of the four companies we contacted.
The project went smoothly and the guys working were considerate and helpful whenever we had any queries.

We used Better Homes Studio for a small bathroom renovation, and now that the bathroom is finished, we love it. Gino and his team were fantastic to work with, very professional, and always responsive to any questions we had along the way. The team was very helpful in the preliminary stages of the design and choosing which products to buy, leaning on their expertise of knowing what looks good and what works best in the small space we had to work with. We would definitely recommend Better Homes Studio and would use them again.

Celli and Gino are extremely diligent, competent and most importantly they both really care and treated my home as if it were their own. The quality of workmanship is extremely high and they have managed to translate loose ideas out together on PowerPoint by me into reality. I embarked on this renovation by myself (knowing very little about it) and if they weren’t there holding my hand every step of the way, many mental breakdowns would have occurred…could not recommend Better Homes Studio enough.

I came across Better Homes Studio / Celli through Houzz as I needed to fully renovate my first flat and I could honestly not recommend them enough.
After personally coming to see the flat to provide a detailed quotation, their team did a fantastic job throughout the entire project. They were very efficient, detailed-oriented and would proactively make suggestions whenever required to ensure that I was fully satisfied with the end result.
What really made a difference though, was how honest and communicative they were during the whole process, which I found particularly helpful having never done a renovation project before.

We used Celli Design for a complete refurb of our bathroom. I could not recommend them more highly. The whole process was so streamlined and efficient. They submitted a very detailed quote which was competitively priced, and went onto do the work very quickly to a high standard. The two workers worked so hard, the whole job was complete in 5 days and they did everything they could to accommodate our needs while they worked - the bathroom is the only one in the house and has the only toilet in the house too.
Our new bathroom is beautifully finished and we are delighted. Celli have a good follow up process too. No final payment was taken until they had called us and ensured that, one week one, everything was still ok with the work. They also give a 2 year guarantee.

We worked with Gino to make our dream bathroom into a reality. This was our first renovation project in our first home, so we were quite nervous about the process, but Gino and his team made it really smooth. Gino was always available and responsive about our concerns and very flexible. As we were new to the process, we selected the design package which was really helpful in articulating our ideas and identifying a bathroom suite that suited our taste and budget (can highly recommend this if you are new to the process). The builders were very reliable and trustworthy and we were really impressed with their speed, efficiency and focus on the details. If you are looking for a fast renovation with support all the way through the process (not to mention the 2 year guarantee if anything goes wrong) you can't go wrong with Better Homes Studio.

We bought a new home that was pretty run down for less and thought it would end up being cheaper to renovate it. We hired these guys to help us with the process. We were pretty lost when they started asking us all these question of what we want to have done so we choose to go for the design package as well.
Speaking with a designer when renovating your home is actually a game changer. It makes all the difference in the world. We ended up renovationg almost everything. New floors, new bathroom, kitchen, install new boiler and radiators throughout the home, plaster and paint everything.
The project has finished and we are delighted with the result! I would definitely recommend them. They actually knew what they were talking about.

The Celli team helped us complete our kitchen extension project. They had been recommended by some friends that had a loft conversion done.
When we got in contact with them we had no idea of how the process works. They sent us to the architect that they collaborate with to start discussing plans and approval. After this stage was done they quoted for the works and we booked the start date to begin.
It was very comforting to know we had someone to asks the stuff we didn't know about. After the extension was completed, we worked with them to fit a new kitchen and move our boiler.
Seamless experience, that I cannot recommend enough.

We hired Celli Design & Build through a recommandation from our friends. We just completed on our home and had no idea where to start as it needed a complete makeover.
The guys have been very helpful with advice, and their designers did a great job making the choosing the right materials and colors and helped us a lot by providing 3D renders of everyroom to visualise how everything would look like in the end.
We are so pleased with the choice we've made and we definitely will recommend them to anyone looking to renovate their home hassle free .

My husband and I decided to remodel our bathroom and we contacted Celli which was recommended by our friends.
I have to say that we were impressed by how everything was managed. After the initial meeting on the phone we filled out a form and we received an estimate for the works in 48 hours.
After we agreed on the price we have been assigned a project manager with whom we have been in contact throughout the entire project. Needless to say we are very happy and planning on contacting them again when we are ready to install a new kitchen.

Really glad I came across these guys. I hired them after buying my first home which needed a complete makeover - 2 bathrooms, kitchen, painting throughout, floors etc.
The process has been as stress free as a renovation can be and the end result was spectacular. The boys working there have been very good and respectful and the work has been carried out to a very high standard which is what I wanted.

I have engaged Celli for renovating my whole newly bought flat and they exceeded all my expectations. It was a very positive experience from the initial design consultation to the quoting process and to the final results. It was hard choosing between all the companies who have quoted for our project, but in the end, i'm extremely happy with the choice we've made. Excellent customer service and instant communication and updates. Since this was a big project, I expected costs to rise when the works started. I was surprised and very happy to see that at the end, the price we paid was the price quoted. I can honestly say they were the best company i have ever worked with and i would recommend them to anyone who want excellent quality of work and a hassle free project. Thank you to the Celli team.

A big thank you to Celli Design & Build from Kate & Michael after weeks of trying to get a builder to come and quote for our Kitchen and bathroom refurbishment and having no joy thankfully found Celli Design & Build page where i left a message and Celino got straight back to me and arranged to come and quote us for the work. all i can say is i'm glad that i did.
Celino came around on a Sunday to look at the work we required done and was open and honest about some the things we wanted done which i'm glad he was, after a couple of days we received the quote which at first i thought was a little high but when the work was completed all i can say it was worth every single penny. project time was 5 weeks and Celino and his team finished with a few days to go.

We are so happy we went with Celino and his team. We recently bought our first flat so felt quite nervous and inexperienced when it came to a big job like a bathroom refit, but Celino was very patient, informative and helpful - he even came round on a Sunday to take a look at our shower system to better advise which new one we should buy. The guys worked really hard and were friendly, efficient and tidy. we were impressed with the very neat tiling, even with our awkward sloping ceiling, and how well everything was cleaned up afterwards. Even when we had a couple of niggles at the end with the painting these were dealt with quickly and neatly. Nothing seemed like too much trouble, and even when we came up against minor issues (e.g me ordering a slightly shorter bath and no panel) these were taken in their stride. We have recommended Celino to our neighbours and would definitely use the team again in future.

I used Celli Design & Build to refurbish by bathroom, I made the final decision based on feedback that I had read. They did a very good job and I was very impressed by the ongoing communication that kept me up to speed. I felt that it was necessary to do this feedback so that others could benefit - great job.

Celino and his team did a phenomenal job. He came round personally to scope the work to provide a quote and was very detailed about what would need to be done. This gave me confidence that his quote was properly thought out and they’d be no nasty surprises at the end of the job and additional costs (a key reason for selecting him as some others were in and out too quickly and missed some of the detail). His team were courteous, professional and honest (eg they proactively mentioned almost unnoticeable minor damage caused and offered to buy new equipment). The team were very amenable to design changes and carried on as if nothing had changed. They even helped buy and collect goods and offered trade discounts on certain items. We are so pleased with the new bathroom and I would not hesitate to hire them again.

I had our kitchen redone and couldn’t be happier! Celino’s team were amazing from start to finish. They worked so incredibly hard to get everything completed within time and at a high standard. Everyone who visited the flat were so friendly and did everything they could to help. Celino constantly kept us updated throughout the project and was only a phone call away if we had any questions. I would recommend them and will be in contact if in the future we need any more work done.

I had a new bathroom installed at the end of last year. Celino and his team were exceptional. They were so helpful from start to finish and the project was finished within the agreed timeframe. They were very transparent with the costs and were on hand to answer all of my questions. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. They are a very trustworthy and efficient team.

We hired CELLI Property Care for our loft conversion, and I can honestly say that they were just more then we expected.
It was our first time doing something this big to our house so we needed someone with experience that knew exactly what would go into a project like this. They did a fantastic job at walking us through every part of the project and they guaranteed that they will keep us in the loop throughout the whole process.
The guys were really hardworking, tidy and polite. They would clean at the end of each working day, and they did everything possible not to disturb us.
The price wasn't the cheapest of all the quotes we've received, but Celino was by far the most knowledgeable and patient estimator that came to visit us.
Overall we are very happy with the job and we would recommend CELLI Property Care to anyone looking to hire a responsible, fair and hardworking contractor.
