Damian came recommended and we in turn have recommended him. Damian listened to our thoughts, what we wanted and came back with a number of options for us to consider. There were some specific items we wanted in the house and Damian worked all these into the design. Damian was always available and the fact we were in South Dublin did not impact the service. Damian’s designs were all well thought out, on budget and his continued diligence throughout the build was great. Really cant recommend Damian highly enough.

Damian listened to our requirements and came up with a thoughtful design that really made the most of a challenging site and provided a very practical layout for family living, with a luxurious feel. It was important to us that the house be extended in a way that complemented the period construction but without attempting to mimic it, and Damian's design got this spot on, . We were very pleased with Damian's attention to detail and diligence throughout the process.

We found Damian online and we're drawn to his designs. We extended and renovated an old farmhouse. The project had many delays mainly around planning. What impressed us about Damian was the 3 different plans he came up with for the renovation. Damian listened to us and was then able to weave in elements from each plan into the final plan that we liked. Damian came up with ideas that were creative, original and functional. Damian was also in constant contact with the contractor keeping the project and the design plans on track. We are more than happy with our new home that meets the needs of our family. We sourced Damian from the internet and based upon previous reviews. Instantly we knew he was the right fit for our renovation project. He guided us through the entire process and made recommendations to facilitate a smoother process during the project such as hiring a QS and was pivitol when tendering for the main contractor. Our project took 8 months (complete renovation) and he was a realiable constant during the journey. He took a design from our heads and translated it into something tangible and fantastic. We engaged Damian to design and project manage a re-model and extension of an 1980’s property we had recently purchased. While the property was situated on a site with stunning countryside views, the interior of the property was dark and the design and layout did not make the most of the surrounding views. At the outset of the project and after listening carefully to our requirements, Damian presented us with a number of design options and guided us through the process of selecting the final design.
