Over the last three months we have had our kitchen renovated which included taking down a wall and opening up more space into our conservatory. We chose to use Poole Construction following a visit from Kim and Ethan who came across as very professional. They kept us in touch during the quotation period and we didn’t have to wait too long to have the work done. During the build we encountered many tradespersons who were very courteous and professional. They were very easy to have around the house and always tidied up after themselves. Kim, Ethan and their team are approachable, considerate and hard working. Customer satisfaction is obviously important to them. We are very pleased with our new kitchen. The attention to detail is to be commended. We would definitely recommend Poole Construction and would be very happy to have them to complete additional work in the future.

Poole Construction have completed two projects for us over the last couple of years in two different homes. The recent project comprised work to remove internal walls, some carpentry and flooring work. Kim and his team were professional and thorough. As ever, the finish is to a very high standard. Poole were professional and efficient from start to finish. All timings went to plan and all the work is of a very high standard. They are a pleasure to work with.

Over a 2 month period in early 2022, Poole Construction carried out extensive work on our house, which included reconfiguring plumbing and pipework inside and out, fitting new bathroom, bedroom vanity and cloakroom, removal of extensive blown plaster and fireplace, overseeing new plaster work, fitting tiles and luxury vinyl and redecorating. Approx 10 or so craftspeople were involved who were all highly skilled and a pleasure to have working in the house. They were respectful at all times and willing to discuss any construction issues and questions arising. They cleaned up thoroughly every day. Problems were dealt with and resolved swiftly and pleasantly. We would definitely use Poole Construction again, give them 5 stars and highly recommend them.

Kim, Ethan and the team at Poole Construction have completed a number of various renovation projects in our home, over the years. These have all been completed with professionalism, attention to detail with an eye for perfection. They've always left property neat and tidy at the end of each day too a big plus when living in a building site! They are both quick to respond to questions and requests for advice, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.
