I commissioned a pair of mattresses from Studio180. This may be the only firm in the UK to still offer a true carded horsehair mattress completely made in the traditional way. I was thoroughly pleased with the work[wo]manship and attention to detail- even down to the colours of the mattress ties. Everything was completed on time and the results were beautiful as well as functional. This firm makes a quality hand-crafted product with a deep commitment to conservation and sustainability.
