I was extremely pleased with the workmanship of Bradley building services from Bradley and Colin for their help with ideas etc to the plumbers electricians and painter they all did an amazing job I now have an amazing loft room full of light and space with wonderful French doors opening on to the garden it’s my haven Thank you to you all I would definately recommend you to anyone .amazing workmanship !!!

We had quite a big project with a large rear extension, internal remodelling, new kitchen, bathrooms and a loft conversion to transform our house. Since we both have full time jobs, and two young children, we knew that we needed a company that could deal with everything so that we did not have to project manage things or sort out suppliers or the next trade as the build progressed - and Bradleys did this brilliantly for us. We didn't choose them because they were the cheapest, but because they filled us with the confidence that we could trust them and we weren't let down. Our day to day contact, Richard, was exceptional throughout the build. He helped us through several potential issues with changes to plans (inevitable on a project of this size on an old house) and helped manage the whole project. He helped with decisions, made sensible suggestions when we hit problems and even helped to smooth things over with neighbours during the 9 month build. Yes the project went over time lines a little but much of that was down to changes (some forced by structural things and some by design changes we made) but was still close to the initial estimate. All budget changes were approved in writing (emails) so we had a complete checklist of all cost changes. The quality of work was great and we are very happy with our new house!

We were looking to extend our property with a 4mx4m single floor rear extension, with some additional work to remove an internal chimney breast, widen and modernise the kitchen and block off the old front room. From the outset the advice we were given was extremely professional and all build details and quotes were shared in a timely manner, it was an easy choice to proceed with Bradley Building Services from the 4 companies we approached. The core and support teams throughout the build were a pleasure to deal with, always professional with good time keeping, excellent workmanship and a tidy work ethic. The communication was excellent with a WhatsApp group, a mobile app to follow progress and regular meetings with the project manager. We took on further guidance and advice during the project around the fixtures and fittings, within a few short months the build was completed, on time and within budget. We were very happy with the finished result and would be happy to use Bradley Building Services for work on our property in the future.

We commissioned Bradley Building Services (BBS) in August 2022 to build a one storey extension and restructure the ground floor of our three bedroomed semi. Work commenced in September and was completed in March 2023. We were delighted with the end result. Throughout the whole process we were kept informed of progress (face-to-face meetings, WhatsApp group, phone and bespoke web portal) and were impressed with standard of workmanship by all of those involved in the project. Any problems encountered during the build were reported to us and were resolved satisfactorily with minimal input from us. All those working on site were courteous and considerate to neighbouring residents throughout the build. When we requested additional work outside the original scope of the project, all costs were agreed in advance and consequently there were no unanticipated costs. We are so pleased we chose BBS to carry out our extension and would not hesitate to use them again.

Having bought into the advantages of Bradley’s combined ‘Build & Fit Out’ package we were optimistic about the results we would get. The recipe for success would prove to be the winning combination of Bradley’s directly-employed multi-skilled operatives working alongside a couple of their regular trusted subcontractors. For the contract period of around seven months we remained in occupation throughout, so seeing our project manager and the same faces on a regular basis was reassuring and made for clear and easy communication where necessary. The pandemic could have presented some real challenges but Bradley’s planning and foresight meant that we didn’t need to compromise on any aspect of the interior finishes. We had a ground floor extension carried out by BBS during Covid and it all wen't very well. They are a friendly team and did a good job overall, we would use them again and recommend.

When we were looking for a builder to carry out our bathroom renovation we had no idea where to begin so we asked people for recommendations and looked at their online reviews. When we found Bradley Builders our first impressions were - this company looks great! We got in touch and the office staff were helpful and communication was quick and easy. The quote was very detailed so we knew what was included and what wasn’t from the start. The price wasn’t the cheapest but it was reasonable and we were happy to pay a bit more for a good company that we felt we could trust. When the job started we had a rough idea of how we wanted the bathroom to look but Colin took our ideas on board and then helped us to plan it out properly. He gave us some tips that have made all the difference! The guys doing the work were all very polite, very skilled and cleaned up at the end of every day. They were all very conscientious and wore masks at all times and washed & sanitised their hands regularly. We are absolutely thrilled with the outcome and have already recommended them to our friends and family. Thank you so much!
