At Bonsai Design we believe that nothing is impossible. It just requires creativity and a team that never gives up until your expectations are exceeded. Whether you are building or remodeling a home, Bonsai knows the importance of finding ways to get you the most "bang for your buck." With a vast background in construction and flipping houses, we understand the absolute necessity for cooperation with all parties involved (client, contractors, lender, etc) to ensure your plans are always on time. Equally as important is accuracy and completeness to ensure you are approved by the city on the first review or as quickly as possible! Current lead times: 10-12 weeks on interior remodels 10-12 weeks on additions 10-12 weeks on new construction

Corey is the Best!! Wonderful ideas and design sense. He can make a drab boring house a beautiful functional home. I love Corey's designs...from traditional to contemporary he's the best.

The team collectively was a joy to work and we can't express enough gratitude for their flexibility and patience. We made a great deal of requests, some to be done in an extremely short period of time and they did their absolute best to meet our needs. Throughout the design process, they provided clear communications and realistic expectations. Our primary point of contact was Lori who we could not say enough great things about. As Bonsai's frontline, she was extremely kind, professional and patient while working as the liaison between us and the Architects. She provided great options, listened to our wants and just worked so hard for us to help meet various deadlines. The entire team is great but especially Lori, we cannot thank her enough.

Its been a while, but must share experience before its too late, Had a print made from my design and it cost about $3800.00, thought it was high but did it anyway. After making changes several times it finally was complete. Gave it to a builder and he found 2 bad mistakes so it was a struggle just to get it done. Way to expensive and poor workmanship but the person that had to make the changes. Lady I had to work with was very nice her name was lori, but after payment, never heard from them again. NOT HAPPY FOR THE MONEY I SPENT! dont know if this person in the picture had anything to do with my print but thats the company name!

Salvatore, I am very sorry that you did not enjoy working with Bonsai Architectural Designs. There was an issue with the head clearance in the stairwell that we revised free of charge. Thankfully this was an issue that was discovered pre construction and pre permitting. I am unaware of a second mistake as you mentioned. If there was a mistake, then we would have gladly made the revision free of charge. We delivered the final documents in September and your review is from December. I have never been contacted via phone or email and both my phone number and email address are printed on every sheet of the drawings. I always make myself available to clients if they need me, but Lori nor I have were contacted regarding this project. We always strive to please our customers and we achieve that goal in almost every instance. We did everything in our power to try and please you on this project just as we do with all of our clients. We hand delivered a set of printed plans free of charge. Lori paid for the plans to be printed and delivered them to your home over an hour away free of charge. We do offer that service for an additional charge, but we didn't charge you for this service. Your invoice stated "no changes to revised layout". We did make multiple revisions to the floor plan that you provided and did not charge for those revisions. Unfortunately we had to decline your request to add the basement design and drawings to the scope of work free of charge. I have tried calling multiple times since discovering this review. Had Lori or I been aware of your concerns 5 months ago when the plans were delivered to you, then we would have helped in any way that we could. We are always honest and fair with our clients and accept responsibility if the is an error on our end.

We recently worked with Bonsai when building a new home on Lake Lanier. Justin gave us a few options to make our current weekend home more usable as a full time residence. The design is amazing and we are very pleased with the final result and the level of service that Justin and his team provided. We have recommended Bonsai to a number of our neighbors on the lake and our neighbors next door hired Justin as well!

I worked with Bonsai Architectural Designs LLC over a month ago to remodel my very outdated kitchen and they did an amazing job! They worked very hard and are so professional throughout the project! They listened to everything I wanted and gave me that plus so much more. The results of the project came out amazing, they broke down walls to give me the open concept kitchen I was looking for. Every detail ties in perfectly, I love my new kitchen! Very modern and clean, I highly recommend them!

Corey and his team were extremely professional from taking our project goals in mind, to incorporating his creative and cultured experience in giving multiple design options we would not have thought of. Great attention to detail and impeccable workmanship, proving quality efforts from start to finish! Every proposed deadline was spot on! I will certainly be using this company in the future and will recommend Corey to all of my friends & family, without hesitation.
