We had the pleasure of working with Candace Miller and her amazing team over the course of two years of design and construction. Because our project was located in a state other than where our primary home is located, it was particularly important for us to select an architectural firm that would be exceedingly attentive to detail and able to manage the project in our absence. As the daughter of a meticulous homebuilder, I was particularly conscientious about the quality of the finished product. Candace, our project manager Matt, and the entire Miller Architects staff far exceeded our expectations regarding communication, attention to detail and an incredibly high level of professionalism. The collaborative result speaks for itself.

As soon as I met Candace and saw one of her homes, I knew she was the right architect for us. Her sense of authentic western aesthetics is impeccable. She helped us choose a fantastic builder, and we worked seamlessly as a team. She considers the site very carefully and has a strong sense of design -- yet listens to her clients and is collaborative. The design and building process was iterative, thorough, well-organized -- and because of that, never felt overwhelming. We also had a lot of fun on the way, and the finished product exceeded our expectations. Candace is a consummate professional, and we are most grateful to have partnered with her on our beautiful new western home.

Candace Miller and her team designed the house of our dreams. They listened carefully to what we wanted and created all of that and more. They were respectful of our budget and the project was completed 2 months early! They integrated well with the construction crew and interior designer and we never felt overwhelmed by the details.
