I paid a deposit for motorized shades in July 2016, after which the installer never contacted me to set up the installation. I had to track him down and several months passed before he returned to install them. After only 1 full summer, one of the motors stopped working and I called for a repair. The installer answered once but then never called back after many messages. he then sent me an email saying that it would cost $400-$600 to repair this one motor. So, now I have to invest hundreds every time one of these motors breaks? Plus, I"m sure I'll be calling and leaving many messages before they actually do the repair. This is insane. AVOID.

We are extremely happy with our new awning. Chris was extremely professional and worked efficiently. We had the awning placed in the most sun seen portion of the backyard and it reveals a wonderful amount of shading. The product and service are absolute high-quality and we can not wait to entertain for many summers to come! Angela and Bill Bost

Chris is wonderful to work with and very good at what he does. I've worked with him on two projects (different condos Dec '14 and Jan '12) and the work has been great. One of these projects was quite large. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We needed an easy to operate bedroom shade to block out a blinking red light on a coast guard tower outside the sliding glass doors to our bedroom balcony. We rent out our beach house in the summer so the shade needed to be maintenance free and easy for multiple summer renters to figure out. We are thrilled with the work of Beach Glass Design. They gave us so many choices for the density of the shade. We wanted some light to come in without the sun waking us in the morning. They came up with the perfect fit for our needs. The motorized shade was installed exactly as promised and exactly on schedule. The price was very fair and the customer service unbeatable. We wanted it to blend in when not in use and it almost disappears. This company is very reliable and I would recommend them highly. We would use them again in a minute and we have recommended them to our neighbors and friends.
