From the first conversation, Andrew was upfront and managed my expectations regarding time, cost and design. He took the time to show me various options explaining the pros and cons of each and what option will complement the home. During the process he always kept me informed. On the day of installation he was on time, completed everything within the same day and left my entryway cleaner than when he arrived. Exceeded all my expectations and will highly recommend Andrew.

Andrew impressed from the outset. He was detailed and set up a meeting to see the products he was recommending. There was no "sign this contract today" attitude that was evident with other companies that has been asked to quote. His quotation was thorough and his communication was timely. Installation was on a cold day and yet he and his colleague worked hard and with great care. Everything Andrew had offered was found to be true and he went above and beyond when it came to matching our interior trim work. The end result excelled all expectations and from suffering the old doors which leaked and let cold air into the foyer, we had a set of doors with beautiful insets that closed quietly and solidly. The change to the house exterior was fantastic and the best was the brightness that filled the foyer which is noticed and admired by friends, families and visitors alike. I have no hesitation in recommending Andrew, just be prepared to be pleasantly surprised by his service and professionalism in providing you with your new doors.

Wow! Working with Andrew has been a fantastic experience from beginning to end! I first reached out to Andrew about two years ago with a vision in mind for a new front door, but no idea of the cost. Andrew answered my inquiry quickly, spoke at length with me about the door, and provided a quote. When I reached out a year after the initial quote, ready to get the project started, Andrew was once again quick to answer, very friendly, informative, and helpful. The entire process was great – we went back and forth multiple times getting the design just right, he would provide drawings of the different styles so that I could visualize the difference (small details like which size bevel to get), and he was incredibly responsive! Once the design was decided and everything went into production, Andrew was great at keeping us informed. It was a long process, as most things in the construction world are these days, and he would reach out with updates without being asked – alternatively, if I messaged him a question about anything he was always quick to answer with a friendly, informative response. Finally, the best part! Our door installation! The door itself is absolutely gorgeous, and exactly what we had envisioned. Andrew is someone who takes great pride in his craft and pays incredible attention to detail – the install was not an easy one, but he was able to troubleshoot and the final result is absolutely stunning. Plus, the door itself opens and closes smoothly, and we no longer have cold air coming in through the seal! I cannot recommend Lusso Design enough! My husband and I loved that we were dealing with Andrew the whole time – from the design all the way to the installation, he was the one doing the work. His price was incredibly reasonable, he went above and beyond to make sure we got the door that we had in mind, and we really appreciated his attention to detail. If you are in the market for a new door, Lusso Design is definitely the way to go!

We were looking for someone to install a new front door at our house. After going through the portfolios of several door companies, we came across Lusso Design, and we were so impressed by Andrew's extensive portfolio and beautiful installation work. We decided to go with a custom laser cut metal insert, which we provided the artwork for. Andrew made sure the artwork was suitable for laser cutting and it will look and function at its best when it's installed. Andrew is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He was amazing to work with. He and Arseniy did a beautiful installation job and we're getting compliments on our front door all the time. Currently, we're working with Andrew on a second double door. We highly recommend working with Lusso Design whether you're looking for a custom or a predesigned door.

Andrew was an absolute professional from start to finish. From meeting several times to plan out my new front door in terms of layout/size/color/etc., to meeting at the supplier/manufacturer to see examples live, to coordinating the install, and most importantly for me, doing a stellar, careful, and attention to detail install, the experience could not have been any better. I place a lot of merit and importance on customer service, quality, and professionalism and Andrew knocked it out of the park. I had a new door installed in early 2019. Andrew was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He spent the time to walk us through the options, explaining the difference in materials and designs. The install itself was meticulously done, and looks amazing, even almost 2 years in. Andrew is extremely attentive, passionate, and dedicated. This year, I had an issue with the locking mechanism. I gave Andrew a call and he was quick to answer, come to take a look at the problem, and ultimately replace the faulty mechanism under warranty. He stands by his work and customer satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend his services, and to use him again for future projects!

Andrew is fantastic! He is very thorough and detailed when helping you choose which door works for you. His communication is excellent through the entire process. Installation day exceeded my expectations, the door is perfect, he made sure to protect our hallway from dust and dirt etc. and he cleaned up completely, you couldn’t even tell that he had even been there.
