This company is not the most trustworthy. If you don't want the gamble, I suggest relying on other, better known, home builders in Alberta. They cancelled our contract in bad faith, after 1 year into the process, and then illegally withheld our deposit and our property lien as coercion to make us pay them a sum of money they arbitrarily created. We had to take legal action to get things sorted.

I never thought I would buy a home. I didn't want the hassle or the crazy costs that come up as a homeowner. I knew if I would ever buy it would be a new home. Caitlin, my sales person, spent a tremendous amount of time going through all of my concerns one by one and made me feel extremely comfortable and confident in my decision. Knowing that I own a Kimberley is also reassuring, because the build is just so fantastic and high-quality, that I won't be worried about things falling apart, as I would with a starter builder. Been living in the home for almost a year already and the service is still amazing and they are very helpful

We built our Kimberley Home in 2015. We are still loving the home so very much! Quality of work and materials was fantastic.

Sales personnel is very friendly until the moment you signed the contract; then they don’t care about you, and you need to deal directly with the office, and of course, everything you agree but if it was not written you need to pay additional for it. The trades are awful, specially CMN Electrical, they only want your money and provide a terrible service to the point I'm scared on what was installed in my house due to the electrical mistakes I found so far. Be careful when you receive your house as everything is the trading fault and Kimberly doesn’t care; you will need to deal directly with the trades. I needed to move in a house that was not completed as Kimberly found a city inspector that said the house was livable, and I needed to live for almost a month during summer in a house that I couldn’t open the windows because Kimberly was still installing the stucco. They let you marked and drilled the area where your speaker should go but as a surprise, you will found wood beams below them, and your whole ceiling is damaged. Customer service after construction is terrible. I paid almost a $1MM, and I’m receiving an extremely bad support; I cannot imagine how they treat other customers. Now I understand when the sales person told me that my house was not expensive enough to have a better customer service. Update August 2017: Kimberly is an awful company for client services. Once you sign the contract, you are on your own. I also received my house a year ago (April 2016) and it has been only problems dealing directly with the trades as Kimberly don't care about their clients. Just one example, the main door of my house has deficiencies identified in the day of the possession that is still outstanding, and Kimberly says that it is a problem if the trade that installed. CAN YOU BELIEVE IT !!!! I also have a problem with the shingles, and their answer is to contact directly the trading company which says that there is no warranty as Kimberly delayed the possession date of the house and now it has been more than two years since they installed the shingles. CAN YOU BELIEVE IT !!!! I paid almost $1 million dollars for my house, and I'm not recommending Kimberly to anyone.

Kimberley Homes was a pleasure to work with! Their organization was the best I've experienced. I was impressed with how well scheduled the trades were, which ensured a smooth building process. The site superintendent was second to none and genuinely made the entire build! I was equally impressed with the suppliers used on the build. Their quality of work allowed my designs to be showcased. I've recommended Kimberley Homes to numerous colleagues and clients and will continue to do so!
