Finding a home builder is probably the most nerve recking task a family could go threw... trusting someone with your money and dreams is huge! We came across Structure Design Build through word of mouth and arranged a consultation with Frano, from the first moments of meeting with him I knew he was the one we should hire... He knows what he's doing! He listened and gave his professional opinion... he was fantastic! After meeting with a few builders Structure was hands down the company we decided to go with. Currently, our dream home is being built, and were so blessed to have Frano and his amazing team working with us. Yes, we're early in the stages but I just had to write about Frano... Thank you for your patience in answering our questions and concerns; thank you for helping us with the drawings and permits; thank you for your design input and advice; thank you for being available at all times! We were referred to Shell Builders by our realtor. We have no experience with renovations, and found the prospect quite daunting. We initially contacted them with just a few ideas of what we wanted, but with our work schedules, were not able to spare much in the way of time to be making decisions on a daily basis. In working with their team, led by Frano, they were able to create an incredible design for our new 6500 sq. ft., 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom home. The project was in constant progress, and they took care of every detail for us. We had progress reports as needed, updated on payment schedules, and were guided through the process of finishes and fixtures. In the end, our new home was move in ready, completed on time, and within the budget as discussed. Our expectations were exceeded, and our dream home was brought to life by the team at Shell Builders and their outstanding workmanship.

We had the Shell team build the extension on our home. Frano and Dave were respectful, understanding of the timelines and met the challenge with ease. They stayed within our budget and had control of the trades. My wife and I highly recommend Shell Builders.

We bought a property to demolish and build from scratch. We were having a difficult time finding a contractor that could oversee all aspects of the project-- from drawings to finishing including extensive exterior finishing. We were looking for a contractor with great attention to detail. We met with and had the utmost confidence in Frano and his team. The work was done on time and on budget. We were thrilled with the end result!
