Jack fantastic job! We cannot say enough about the professionalism, expertise, and dedication you brought to this project. From your guidance with the design before we broke ground to putting the finishing touches on the details as we neared completion, we couldn't be happier with the outcome that you achieve. Your attention to detail and on-site supervision of the entire construction process ensured the final result met our satisfaction. We also very much appreciated your responsiveness and support on addressing our punch list items after we closed. We feel like we have a builder for life and that we can call you anytime we have a concern with our home. Thanks again for your honest and straightforward advice and making a stressful process less so.

Jack Band built us a 3,100 sq ft custom home (ranch with a basement) in 2013. This was actually the 2nd custom home we had built, but was the 1st time using Jack. Not only did he build us a quality home that we absolutely love, but also he was a genuinely kind, patient, and knowledgeable professional who was a joy to work with. Although we have no intentions of moving, if we ever do, we would hire Jack in a heartbeat. We give him our highest recommendation.

Jack recently built our new family home. We interviewed three builders and selected Jack because we felt that he took the time to listen to exactly what we wanted and bid the job accurately. He was always available to us through the process and carefully monitoring the process. His subcontractors were great but he was also willing to work with businesses that we picked too. He was unfailingly professional and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed working with him and would build with him again without hesitation. Our home is beautiful, well made, within budget and was completed in a timely fashion.
