"I have worked with Deborah Bentley since 2002 when we asked her design the first addition to our house. We had no hesitation in hiring her again to create another seamless addition. Deborah worked with us in to design a home that fitted our needs. All the rooms are filled with natural daylight and each space in unique, and the house fits in with the surroundings. Neighbors have remarked that our house is the best “make over” from an original house they have seen."

Debbie Bentley of Transition I Space designed our garage and screen porch addition. The design was based on a favorite local barn and blends well with the traditional style of the house. The project also included an unfinished second floor space configured to be used as living space at some point in the future. The design process was enjoyable with details added to the layout that made sense for traffic flow, appearance and economy. Debbie worked with our contractor and checked in with them to be sure the project remained on point. When the contractor made a mistake, Debbie stepped in to insist they remove the error and returned to be sure that the contractor remedied the problem to her and our satisfaction. We would do it all again.
