Recently, Shor completed the interior design of our New York City apartment. They were extremely communicative, collaborative, and inventive throughout the entire design and renovation. This is the second project we've worked with Shor on, with the other being a beach house in Cape Cod. In both projects, they brought a consistent design perspective, but each project felt fresh, new, and true to the vibe and feel of the location. We would gladly recommend Shor, regardless of the scope of the project and/or location/style of the home. They are visionaries and partners that are a pleasure to work with throughout the process.

Working with Shor, Herbert and Kevin, has been very rewarding. They truly enjoy what they do and took to heart all our input and feedback. They've helped us turn a house into a home and added some very creative touches and pieces of furniture that I never would have thought of myself. They have a high attention to detail and work hard to make sure we were very happy with the result. I'd highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again.

I recommend you stop in to this wonderful home decorating store. Every item is special. From window treatments to lamps, to furniture and rugs, mirrors and just for a "special" touch item for your coffee table Shor will inspire you.

We had to interview many others before selecting Herbert and Kevin , owners of Shor Home . We are very particular and first impressions are lasting. We choose Herbert and Kevin for many reasons. First, we liked the combination of an experience architect and designer team with access to home furnishings pus the ability to source affordably a wider range of quality lines. When they arrived at our home with the organizational structure that we needed to guide us through an interior design project, we felt in safe hands. Then, within days they presented the scale of every room; we could see the furniture sizes, the layout. Then they presented their palate recommendations. Their eye was perfect that we eased comfortably into their suggestions. In no time the textures and colors began to flow harmoniously throughout the house. Hands down, top professionals, fun to work with, impeccably honest and engaged. The business part, the invoices were very clear and accurate. We were more than happy, we were ECSTATIC !!!!!!!!!

After frequenting Herbert and Kevin's retail store for years, we asked them to handle the interior renovation of our Cape Cod home. We can not say enough positive things about our experience. They were the easiest design professionals I have ever worked with and completely understood what we were trying to achieve in the space. They were extremely thoughtful and flexible when changes were requested and exceedingly thorough on all details. Their execution and attention to detail is what lead the interior of our home to be published in Cape Cod Home.

Herbert did a fabulous job furnishing and decorating our Cape house. We have subsequently used his services to furnish our Boston apartment. He is a pleasure to work with. He is also creative, has a great sense of style and listens to what you say. His ability to tailor his suggestions to our preferences makes him easily the best Interrior designer we have ever worked with: we highly recommend him.

Herb was fantastic for my 6 bedroom antique original Cape home in Provincetown, MA. He worked with me on my aesthetic goals and came up with a great mix of existing antiques I had, newly purchased antiques and wonderful brand new furniture, window treatments, shutters, lighting, bedding and much more. It makes me smile every time I walk through the house. Visitors are blown away by how great it looks. All this and he met my budget goals to the penny and got everything done in the time we agreed to. I'd recommend him for any project.
