We are a team of solutions focused, Real Estate entrepreneurs born and raised in the diverse pockets of Los Angeles. Having grown up in these eclectic LA neighborhoods gave each of us first hand knowledge of how the strength of our communities were rooted in the homes we lived in. Every household had its own heartbeat, its own character, and its own stories to tell. Our story begins over a decade ago with the inception of Dossier Capital. With DC, we've specialized in the complete design and development of various properties ranging from simple cosmetic upgrades to large scale additions to new construction and everything in between. Having gained a copious amount of knowledge and experience within this time allowed us the rare ability to also locate, secure, and manage deals for additional Investors and Developers who aren’t as well versed in the entirety of this business. Through this process, we've provided management, consultation, and training in real estate, finance, design, and construction. With our vast and growing portfolio being featured on media publications, our website, and social media accounts; Our following has grown considerably as we’ve been tapped to custom design and construct residences for celebrities, sports figures, and business titans alike.
