The Team at E2 Homes did an absolutely outstanding job building our new home. They were there every step of the way as trusted advisors with truly our best interests at heart. We took an incredible risk by starting our build right at the start of COVID when nobody knew what was ahead of us. While there were the expected bumps in the road (as happens in every build), each and every one was dealt with in a calm, respectful and professional manner. We wouldn't have wanted anyone else with us on this journey. We have renovated homes in the past and have a family history of construction so when we say that the build quality was exceptional, we really mean it. The E2 Team have a genuine interest in doing it right and only use reliable proven trades. The budget was a concern of ours (as it probably is for the majority of builds) and this was an exceptionally clear and transparent process with an honest projection of expected costs. The detailed budget breakdown and regular updates of forecast vs actual expenses really kept us in control of the cost and lets us decide where to focus the $. Thank you E2 Homes, particularly Chris, Scott & Matt. Would do it again in a heartbeat!

As first time house builders my wife and I were very worried about being taken advantage of by a contractor/builder. Right away we felt comfortable with E2 Homes. And it turns out we made the right choice. Extremely detail oriented from building to billing and everything in between. We wanted to be involved in the process and they welcomed that. E2 never made us feel like we were a nuisance. Also E2 was respectful of our budget. In fact many times the company was the voice of reason in some decisions. Never over promising and under delivering when it came to what they could do and at what price. Honesty is what we wanted most from our builders and E2 was certainly on point. The entire build took 14 months (from tear down to completion) and we couldn’t be happier with the final result. In fact the house was featured in Vancouver Magazine. I couldn’t recommend E2 Homes enough.
