I purchased a beautiful custom leather sofa and entertainment unit at the Laguna Niguel store. I worked with JD and he was super knowledgeable and professional. I love my new furniture and will go back when it's time to add some new, high-quality pieces that I can pass down to my kids and grand kids.

We absolutely love our new furniture from West Coast Living. More importantly, we loved our experience working with them to choose pieces that fit our lifestyle, and budget. They sent a wonderful designer out to our house to measure and make sure that the furniture we wanted would fit and flow in the room we were furnishing. We ended up purchasing a gorgeous sectional couch, area rug and table. From our first meeting, to choosing the pieces, to delivery, everyone we dealt with at WCL was professional, knowledgeable and reliable. We will definitely use them again.

In my search for new living room furniture I researched many places and decided to go to my local store. The salespeople were very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a designer come to my house and help me with measuring, picking out fabrics and furniture placement. It was a great overall experience and I'm really happy with my beautiful new room! I hired this company a few years ago to help me with a "new look". They were very professional. One of their designers came to my house with fabrics and samples. I ended up ordering two new sofas and some accessories. I was very happy. Last year, my parents went to the showroom looking for a new chair and sofa. They received outstanding service at the showroom. The in store designer spent a lot of time helping them choose the perfect fabric and design. They felt like they had a personal rapport.
