Denise of 4EGC was excellent to work with. I have used her expertise on a couple of different projects. She listened and incorporated my requirements into the plan. She made great suggestions and had many creative ideas. I plan on using her again in the future.

The scope of this project included a complete demo of existing landscape and a new design to complement a newly renovated lakefront mid-century modern style home. Denise Smith of Evergreen Consulting designed a new hardscape which included terracing the rear yard, design and installation of a new dock, new fencing, stone veneer walls, irrigation and extensive re-grading. Subsequently, Denise selected all plant materials including mature palm trees and crape myrtle standards, Confederate and Asiatic jasmine, agapanthus, plumbago, muhly and mondo grasses, and firecracker shrubs. Soil was amended as needed. A succulent garden, an herb garden, and several large planters were also included in the scope of this project. Denise's selection of plant material was imaginative and well suited to the soil and light conditions of the site. Plantings are low-maintenance and many have low moisture requirements. additional commentary and photos to follow
