Oseka Homes is a custom home design-build company owned by Justin and Anna Oseka. Justin holds a degree in Construction Management, and Anna in Interior Design, both from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. They started the company in 2005 after moving back to Central Nebraska and have been passionately building beautiful, high-quality homes for their clients ever since. Oseka Homes will see your home through from concept to creation. Starting by drawing our own blueprints, we walk you through the entire building process, addressing all of the necessary selections up front. You will know exactly what is included in your project with our thorough contract and selections booklet. We are truly a turn-key operation. When it comes time to finalize selections on fixtures and finishes for your home, we do all the legwork and present you with the options. Using an experienced Interior Designer to guide you in your decisions makes the process easy and fun! Whether you are looking for a rustic retreat pulled straight out of the Rockies, a classic colonial with grand facade, or a charming farmhouse reminiscent of days-gone-by, Justin and Anna will guide you step-by-step through a comprehensive and efficient process. I definitely recommend Oseka Homes whether you’re remodeling or having a new home built. We remodeled our entire house. Justin and Anna were easy to work with, professional and very informative during the entire process. Anna was so helpful during the design process, it made things a lot easier. We told her what we wanted and she made our vision a reality. Justin was there at the house during every phase overseeing the construction and making sure it was done precisely how it was designed. We are relieved we hired them and couldn’t imagine it could be done any better! Thank you Oseka Homes!

My husband and I had our home custom built by Justin and Anna Oseka, and we couldn't be more pleased with the finished product! We have a beautiful, high quality home that turned out even better than we imagined! We have found that Oseka Homes just have that "little extra" that you don't find in other homes. Justin and Anna were so easy to work with and always made themselves available when we had questions, or wanted to make changes. They were very helpful with showing us ways to cut costs, and Anna was very helpful when it came to choosing the finishing touches. Enjoyed every step building with Oseka Homes. They are extremely organized and swift in their building process. I had been admiring Oseka Homes in Grand Island for a long time so when the time came to build Justin and Anna met with us to listen to our wants in a new home. In a short time Anna had our first plans done for our review. The building process was FUN because we had just the right amount of decisions to make and I was not overwhelmed with too many choices. Our new home was finished in 6 months. I truly, can not think of anything we would have done differently. We love our home! Thank you Oseka Homes!

Anna and Justin were great to work with. They made the entire process of building our house go smooth. Anytime an issue did come up they worked quickly to get it resolved. We would definitely work with Oseka Homes next time we build.

Oseka Homes were wonderful to work with. Everything we wanted in our home was taken care of. The sub-contractors they use were professionals in every sense of the word. All were very thorough and detailed in their area of expertise. Anna was great to wrok with as well. She helped us choose colors, patterns, hardware, etc. We've had many compliments on our new home. If we were to build again, or if we were asked what contractor to use, the choice is easy "Oseka Homes." They are "top shelf."

Justin and Anna Oseka allowed my husband and I to not only "survive" the home-building process, but to actually LOVE it. Having always heard of the nightmares of home-building we never desired that for ourselves. After moving to Grand Island, NE and touring several of their open houses we eagerly changed our minds. It was definitely the team approach of building and designing, utilizing both Justin and Anna's strengths, that made the whole process such a pleasure. The quality, professionalism and skill of the entire Oseka Homes team has allowed us to now have a home that we never could have dreamed of. We love every thing about it!!! We are Platteview #2 on their website!

Oseka Homes built our home almost seven years ago. We had a wonderful experience working with Justin and Anna. They were very professional, extremely organized, and honest about the entire building process. We had a plan we liked and within a very short period of time they had it all drawn out and proposal put together. We had an incredible experience with Oseka Homes! They were instrumental in helping us with the design choices as we built our home. Their design plans were exactly what we were envisioning. Not only did we love the design of our home, we were involved with all of the steps of the building process and got to see our home as it was built. No corners were cut and we could see just how well built our home was by how everything was structured inside the walls too. It was a wonderful building experience!!
