Since 1978, PCH has built homes of distinction and carried out major renovation projects for clients throughout California. Whether we are building a 20,000 square foot Mediterranean estate in Atherton or remodeling a 5,000 square foot home in San Francisco, we bring the same thoughtful approach to all our projects. Once the project was complete, they have a entire division available to follow up on punch list items and manage home maintenance. PCH is a top notch builder. We worked with them on a complicated site in Carmel Valley studded with oaks on a knife ridge. Not only were they diligent in protecting the natural qualities of the site, they we a true partners in the realization of the home and landscape. The site super, foremen and back of house were problem solvers and a delight to work with. Our design was honored and our clients felt extremely well served.
