Jennifer understands the needs for city approval and permitting which was a huge resource for us, as we were new to the process. Our remodel project ran smoothly and efficiently with the help of Jennifer's expertise and knowledge.

Jennifer has been such a great designer to work with. She gave us everything we wanted in a beautiful and functional design. We were very impressed to how she incorporated our list of wants while fitting everything perfectly on our property. We are currently building our home now and can not wait to be moved in. We highly recommend her to anyone wanting a new build or remodel. We will add photos when we are through with our build.

When it comes to working with the county permitting process she is experienced and will challenge the process if she thinks it can be done with less red tape and expense. Commented: What are the stucco and trim colors used?The stucco is a Merlex Stucco Color - "Bisque"; The trim is Sherwin Williams "Turkish Coffee". Hope that helps!

Commented: Table / LightsThe table was made from a cut plank at a local lumber yard. I am not sure about these lights, but I have some great outdoor string lights I bought at Costco! Good luck!
