I apologize that this is the experience you are having. We certainly do not intend any of our projects to have issues or problems. We of course are aware which job this is and we have been in communication with you throughout this entire process as we work through the fix and refrigeration swap out as needed (including this week). We take what we do very seriously and will always do what is needed to correct any issue or problem that we may incur, as we are doing with yours. As we noted in our communication earlier this week we are expecting the new replacement refrigeration unit to arrive early next week and we will be able to forward the formal plan of execution of the refrigeration replacement and replace any items that were effected by the old refrigeration unit. This will be rectified, and we are not going anywhere until you have your room running the way as intended and you are satisfied. That has been the commitment we have extended in all communications.
I, as the owner, have been in direct personal communication with you, you have had my direct cell number and we have been communicating after hours and weekends in an effort to keep lines of communication open as we work through this and get all items of concern addressed and attended to.
