When it came to planning my second home, I wasn't confident about choosing bold colours and how to make colour work with new furniture, let alone what furniture to get. I met with a number of top designers and Monique shone through, particularly her sensory approach. Monique understood my brief and was fastidious about her choices. The result is a holiday home I and many guests absolutely love as can be seen here: https://airbnb.co.uk/h/thedalbydigs Since, Monique helped a group of us develop a colour palette for a converted Victorian 'ragged' school in Whitechapel, East London, now a block of flats. Monique beautifully managed to combine history with modernity. Brilliant.

Monique is an absolute superstar. She took two people with no design expertise and no clue where to start (but with very strong opinions when they saw something they liked or didn’t!) through the whole process with style and grace. She took time to understand what we really wanted from the spaces and how we used them, guided us through options with an honest appraisal of pros and cons, helped us with colours, fixtures and fittings and then project managed the whole thing from top to toe. Meticulous in her attention to detail (let down only by the last bit of painting by a replacement), she ensured all of the tradespeople were top quality and that a challenging timescale was met. The only embarrassment is on us that we took so long to post this review after such stunning service in renovating our house - we’d lived in what we had inherited quite happily for 8 years, but now have a transformed space which feels truly like our home thanks to her hard work.
