Derek's mastery of all technical aspects of our build, coordination of the trades, and wonderful design sense gave us an even better home than expected. We couldn't be more pleased with our home and our experience working with Derek.

We went to this house because it won "Best of Tour" on our local tour of homes. We were so impressed with this house once we saw it! It has beautiful travertine and wood floors throughout, a huge fireplace and amazing outdoor kitchen just to name a few features. We were also really impressed with the builder himself. He was very knowledgeable about every product that went in to the house, and was excited to tell us about the opportunities for green building and alternative energies. The homeowners themselves came out just to brag about how great he was to work with. When we build we'll definitely use this builder.
