We have bought a couple pieces from Joan and Associates. We have been waiting since last winter for an item we saw during the street of dreams. The employee helping us claimed she had it ordered and should be in soon. This was before Christmas. I went back in to check on the order about 2 months ago and the same employee gave me what sounded like an excuse as to why it is taking so long. Now we have stopped into the store yet again and they can't even tell us who the employee was that sold us the previous items, no accountability. I refuse to spend anymore money at this store.

As you know, the designer you have been working with has been in touch with you, and is working to get you the product that you had on order in a timely manner. Unfortunately we are often times at the mercy of our overseas vendors, and freight takes waaaaayyyyy longer than any of us can anticipate! We appreciate your patience and your business. You and all of our clients are very important to us.

We built a new house and work with Karie Boggs at Interiors Joan and Associates in Omaha, NE. We had a great experience with Karie, she got to know our style and helped dwindle choices to make it easy to find finish products we loved! You can have as much or as little assistant as you desire, with your projects. We were very pleased with our results, we were offered great choices and unique design. We also had Karie return after the house was complete to help with window treatments and final touches. Karie is fun to work with and has the experience and enthusiasm of a great designer. We do highly recommend this firm!

I hired this company to help me implement a vision I had for a feature wall in my great room. Karie Boggs was so professional and knowledgeable to find and secure the appropriate sub contractors and suggest colors and textures that would enhance the vision I had. She worked with me and listened closely to what I said as we edited the drawings she offered. As completion of the project approached she organized the installers and kept the ball moving at a good pace. I hired her for a second project and was just as pleased with the results.
