“We had a full bathroom remodel done by NorthWest Construction. The final result is absolutely beautiful. John C was the project manager. He communicated clearly what was happening and when. He listened to our needs and wants. There was no "hard sell". They were very caring, professional and courteous. (It was extremely nice to see some of the younger workers truly polite and taking great care in their work). Even though the project took a little bit longer than anticipated (waiting on City inspections slowed things down), every step was communicated. John pushed to get things done as quickly as possible. We did go a bit over budget since we added a few things in as we were going along. However, that was because we added to the project. I'm glad that we did. Great job. I would definitely use them again.”

“I give Salinas Roofing 5 stars, I would give it 10 stars if I could, because: We received many quotes from roofing companies, Salinas Roofing gave us a great price. We chose Salinas Roofing because the owner Kevin Salinas is HONEST, and has integrity. Several of the roofing companies added 2 square to their quote, even when my husband and I gave them the EXACT measurements. Not exactly honest. That is a big deal with us. Everyone that we dealt with at Salinas Roofing was exceptional, Kevin the owner, Sue Ann in the office (always keeping us informed what was going on, and very professional), Jovani and the crew. The crew did an incredible job and the clean up was equally incredible. (we know this because my husband has done several roofing jobs at our house. We Very Highly Recommend Salinas Roofing. We are extremely happy with our new roof. It is beautiful. Also I want to add, a neighbor walked over and was very impressed, he could not believe how fast they torn off the roof (2 layers). And also thought they did a great job. If you hire Salinas Roofing, you will be very happy. I didn't take pictures of the job. I should have, to show you how great it turned out. “Tittle construction company did our roof. They came out took measurements and gave a very reasonable quote for the job as soon as we hired them they ordered materials and were out within the week and the job was done promptly and they cleaned up all the waste. They ran into some problems and had to replace a lot more of the wood then was originally expected they didn't even ask they just did the job the correct way and didn't even charge is for the extra materials and labor! Great company great family!”

“Very professional; excellent warranty (as long as you fulfill your obligation to have them inspect each year after five years); they came, tarped the property, tore down and put the new roof on in one day - they were so careful to not leave debris on the lawn, you would never have known they were there! During the tear off process, one of my gutters was damaged and they came out within the week to replace it. I would highly recommend them!”

“In 2012 this company sided our 1920's home's front porch ceiling and covered the pillars and porch ledges for us. This was no easy task as our home had shifted and settled over the years. I also had recently redone the landscaping out front and was very concerned about big men feet stepping or laying construction material on my new bushes, etc. The crew and foreman were extremely careful and respectful and completely the task in no time flat - hiding the unevenness of the center line of our porch .This year we had them return and side our garage - they again went above and beyond respecting my wished not to trample my large, raised perennial flower bed as it was emerging in spring, by laying done large sheets of plywood to walk on and were done very quickly - my only lost one plant in the process with the rest showing no signs of all the activity and the fact that the garage butted up to plants! Two months later, a strip of the siding on the neighbors side came loose at the top, and then came the very next day to fix it. This company also does handy man jobs, kitchen & bathrooms. We have been so pleased we also received an estimate for new counters in our kitchen.”
