I can help you clarify exactly what you want, figure out what you need, and show you how to make both of these elements work wonderfully together in your particular space. The end result is garden plans drawn to scale, showing every detail in the proposed garden design including paving, paths, steps, walls, boundary solutions and planting. We then go through the new plans together with images to illustrate concepts, so you can really see how the plans will work for you in your space. You can implement the plans right away - and I can help you to choose a landscaping contractor - or in stages, as time and budget allows.

Anne worked on our garden design for what could only be described as a challenging site. Anne's creative vision turned our gravelly, uneven mess into what we can now see as our future dream garden which can be worked on over time at our leisure. I was most impressed with Anne's ability to extract from us exactly what we wanted in our garden when we struggled to put it into words ourselves. Anne also managed to complete our project under budget!

Like cooking, gardening for me is all about the end product. I knew what I wanted but had no idea how to describe it, let alone create it. Anne was brilliant. She understood what I was looking for and delivered a design that is a collage of colour, shapes, textures and movement. I used Anne Byrne Garden Design to redesign my garden and I have to say it was the best money I ever spent. From our initial consultation, Anne took on board what I wanted this space to deliver for me and my family, my preferred colour scheme. Our garden turned out more beautiful than I could ever have anticipated. Anne listened and delivered a space that my whole family can now enjoy. Anne was Fantastic value for money and I would go so far as saying she saved us thousands. We also had a very tight deadline as we wanted it completed for my daughters communion and the work men recommended also by Anne were professional and excellent. Anne Byrne takes a visionary approach to garden design. When Anne came to us a few years ago, we only had a vague idea of what we wanted. However, by the end of our first meeting we had a huge amount of ideas which Anne transformed into a garden plan which was exactly right for us. She is highly knowledgeable about plants and what works where and how to use hard and soft landscaping to best effect. Her plans are a work of art in themselves and easy to follow with step by step instructions and accurate measurements. This is a big help, whether you plan to do the work yourself or employ a builder/landscaper. We now have a garden which complements our home perfectly. The photos show one tiny part of the garden - before and after.
