I felt the service I received was poor, which in turn made me feel uncomfortable asking for let them finished work . This project has been delayed multiple times due to a combination of poor communications and incorrect measurement. We havent been able to cook properly for . 1. They didn’t come to work in agreed time after they took the 90% money of this kitchen work. 2.the workers came in evening and took of all the kitchen things then they tell me they can not start the work until next Thursday that’s mean I need living without kitchen during Easter weekend! Why they don’t say that before? 3.then we waited for the Thursday they coming start working but the doors and cabinets size was wrong . 4. Not to mention there is a lot of waste left in the garden, some heavy wooden panels were simply left on our stairs unprotected, what happena should they fall upon us and cause harm?! And I am still waiting for them finished work as soon as possible.
