He listens to what you want, makes as many (or as few) suggestions as you want, pays attention to costs and is personally engaging. He generally prefers to work 6 hours per day: 9 to 3 or 4, but in that time he gets as much done as most contractors in 8 or more. His subcontractors all have worked with him for some time and all work together well. Most important, they do a great job, paying attention to the small details and the large ones. I recommend him without question. Our project was a total kitchen remodel, including floor, walls, electrical, plumbing, drywall, paint, appliances, demolition of old kitchen. Price was reasonable: not the lowest, but also not the highest.
