“We love our Abbeywood kitchen and as cooks and foodies enjoy it to the full. Both Donal and Maire gave us time and advice with the result it is both beautiful and practical. It replaced our old kitchen taking up less space, and at the same time providing more storage. Magic! Donal has a very clever way with design and several years on we are benefitting from his expertise. It is a solid wood kitchen using different woods, and the timber has deepened with time making it a warm and colourful space in which to work.”

“The service provided by Mooney Furniture & Design was excellent from start to finish. The time and advice afforded to us in the planning stage was extensive. We had explored purchasing our appliances from retailers however, the knowledge and advice of the staff made everything clearer, this along with great prices made it an easy decision to purchase directly from Mooney Furniture & Design. It was great not having worry about delivery or pick up of these items as this was all organised by the team and seamlessly planned into the project plan. “Roundwood design helped us with every aspect of converting a study into a kitchen which took detailed designing and planning of an awkward shape and we are over the moon with the outcome. As fantastic partners in design phase, Roundwood design shared their expertise on best use of space, utility, functionality and beauty. At installation phase, the kitchen units were installed on the agreed dates and the personalised service even included on site finishes on painted units. The finished kitchen is everything we specified on our wishlist and of the highest quality workmanship and Roundwood design included a 2 month adjustment check up in their service. Highly recommended!”

“I got Ciaran and Joan to do a fitted wardrobe job in our attic to divide a large floor space into two rooms. The finish is excellent and the job was done exactly when I was told it would be. Ciaran was extremely efficient and very tidy - he hoovered as he went after sawing so there was no mess left over. The wardrobes are fabulous - they are floor to ceiling fourteen feet wide across the space and everyone who has seen them has commented on their wow factor. For a very reasonable sum we have a fifth bedroom that has added thousands to the value of the house. We couldn't recommend this company highly enough! Thanks Joan too for the lovely warm welcome and help in the shop!”
