“We hired Kelly Zamonski of The Kitchen Place to completely gut our kitchen in our 90 year old house. We wanted to keep the new design vintage, with the character of the old house. We worked on the layout and design ahead of time, with Kelly spending a great deal of time researching our many choice combinations. She had many original ideas that we loved and understood the look that we wanted. She was very patient with our many questions, making us feel comforted every step of the way. She gave us the details that she knew we needed, knowing that we were detail-oriented customers. She gave design advice for the function, as well as the aesthetics. We truly got our vintage, original-looking kitchen. It has very high-quality materials, craftsmanship, and design. We decided to use her sub-contractors, since they have worked togethers for many years and work well as a team. They also give the highest quality of work, and knowing that this was the only time that we would be doing this kind of project, we wanted perfection. We would highly recommend The Kitchen Place to anyone. Many friends, who have come to see our kitchen, are amazed at the transformation. One has recently gone to The Kitchen Place and ordered cabinets, because they were so impressed. We live in a neighborhood of old homes, where many are looking to remodel their kitchen, and I will definitely suggest they take a look at our kitchen and consider The Kitchen Place.”

“Hired JD and his company to extend our deck, reinforce as needed and to install a glass panel in the middle of the deck railing to add some pop and allow a view of our pond. JD and his crew did an amazing job - they evaluated and reinforced the structure supporting deck (correcting many mistakes by the original builder); extended/rebuilt the deck itself (I know it is small but ALL the nails lines up straight); installed the deck rail and installed the reinforced, tempured glass section. They also stained the deck. They showed up on time every day on time, worked a full day, kept the work site clean and tidy - they also listened to my concerns about a nearby tree and wisteria - they took great care to keep both unharmed by the reconstruction. They offered many different options so I could get the featues I wanted - I think their prices were on target. I would hire them again in a heart beat.”

“We had an extensive remodel of the former living room, family room and dining room, creating a fabulous great room and dining room. Neal's team headed by Frank Kuhlmeier and Paul Wittrock made the project flow seamlessly with a great outcome. Workmanship and quality is evident throughout. The vendors and subcontractors were equally top-notch. The completion punch list was nearly non-existent, due to the amount of detail paid during the actual construction. It was a joy to work with the Neal's team and I look forward to the next project.”

“This was a complete up-scale bath remodel with added closets in both the Master Bath and Master Bedroom. We worked primarily with the business owner, Richard White, the designer Cindy White, and project manager Dave Trykoski. This was an excellent experience with this team that took us from design through completion of the project. These people are extremely professional and competent. I have already signed a contract for a second project in my home and will continue to use Centerville Building and Design in the future. Our remodel is beautiful, and in the end everything and more than we originally envisioned. I attribute all this to this company because at the outset of the project I had little idea with what could be done, only that what we had was outdated and not fully functional. Now it is, and it is really, really nice adding a lot of value to our home, but we do not plan going anywhere. This was for us.”

“I have had multiple services provided by this company and Brent in particular. I've had them install Christmas lights for 3 years now. A large project to redesign a fireplace area with drywall and granite. Enclose the back of the fireplace with drywall and a chair rail. Close up an interior window with drywall. Plumbing- kitchen faucet, tub drain and caulking. Electrical- addition of ceiling lights, basement workshop lights, workshop outlets, additional outlets for a bookcase, outdoor sensor lighting. Installation of ceiling fans. Sump pump repair, replacement of battery. Misc repairs with cabinet door hinges, minor roof repairs, installation of screen door. Every experience has been very positive. I get quick call backs, scheduling is flexible and timely. I appreciate the care in which projects are completed , from explanations and planning, quality of products and service, to clean up and follow up. Extremely professional and would eagerly recommend them, and I have to friends and family. I like that the same person can work on multiple projects and is familiar with my home and wish list. I value his recommendations and trust his guidance on repairs. Brent has a broad knowledge of all types of repairs or home enhancements. He works directly with you to offer the best solution and to help you think ahead when planning major projects. He considers the "whole home" not just the project. Over the past 3 years working with Brent I've been completely satisfied with the work that has been done. I don't hesitate to reach out for questions or help when the next repair or project comes up.”
