I came across Catherine of re-interiors on Houzz while looking for kitchen inspiration. I really liked what she had done with other clients projects and was drawn to her style. From first contact Catherine was quick to respond and when we met at my home for our initial consultation she was warm, easy going, took her time and really listened. Her plan has really made the reno/extension flow a lot better and has given me a better kitchen/pantry than I thought I could fit in the space while also suggesting a change in my hallway which gives a lovely focal point. She listened to all my jumbled up ideas and made sense of them and has given me a plan going forward that I am confident will work for flow, space and lighting. I would highly recommend Catherine and would happily return to her in the future if doing another project.

Catherine worked with us on our kitchen redesign and was fantastic in helping us to get the best out of the limited space. She has great ideas on style and colour but is also conscious of budget limitations and never pushy. Catherine spent considerable time looking up ideas/products that really helped the whole process and shares her recommendations for products/services based on previous experiences. She was generous with her time and very responsive. I would highly recommend Catherine for any project, big or small. She is a lovely person to work with and "got" us and our needs from the start!

We were working with a tight budget and time schedule. Catherine was the most amazing help with both these things. Catherine has a beautiful style which we saw and loved at the 'Ideal Homes' exhibition. However Catherine didn't just try to put her style on our home. She spent a lot of time working out what we liked and her mood boards reflected this. Catherine was involved with the renovation project from the start and was great at suggesting alternative room layouts and lighting options to make our home as beautiful as it is. When it came to furnishings Catherine was invaluable. She must have spend hours trawling the Internet to suggest furniture that suited the space and our budget. It was also wonderful to be able to get a professional opinion on some of our choices and our existing furniture. This saved us so much time. Catherine came up with brilliant ideas which make our home really stand out. One of my favourites is the library wall leading to an open boot room with oak panelling and light feature behind it. Another favourite is our nursery which Catherine designed for our previous home. We were able to bring most of it with us. The giraffe light feature always makes me smile. Catherine's colour and paint choices were and are fantastic. With three small children we are so glad she recommended paints that were child friendly. The colours themselves reflect Catherine's attention to detail because each room's colour reflects the room use and purpose. I was so glad that Catherine was so good as I found myself at sea with the range of choices that are out there. The cherry on the cake is that Catherine is lovely, such an easy person to talk to. We had so many laughs with her. If you are considering a renovation or house build, I couldn't recommend Catherine more.

It was wonderful working with Catherine. She listened to our needs and worked with our budget to create an outstanding final outcome. We are blown away at how well the project has turned out. All the choices around layouts, flooring, furniture, paint colours, lighting, and soft furnishings has made such a difference to the spaces and I don't know how we would have done it without her guidance. I bought a 2 bedroom apartment that needed some upgrading to improve light, style and above all to maximize on storage space. I found Catherine to be professional, innovative, friendly, easy to a access, quick to answer my questions/concerns and great at sharing ideas and links to companies who supplied soft furnishings, larger pieces of furniture and all kinds of lighting etc., Catherine also worked really well with the workmen who carried out the different jobs from making the beautiful kitchen & walk in wardrobe she had carefully designed to the electrician who carried out her innovative ideas around lighting. I am absolutely thrilled with the end result of Catherine's work and can't wait to move in to my beautiful apartment. I have had experience with quite a few interior designers in the past - not always successfully. However Catherine really ticked every box. She listened to the brief, took time to learn about our family life and needs and most importantly understood our budget and kept to it! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her - she is creative but realistic with space and a lovely person to deal with.

I availed of Catherine’s 2 hour Consultation service. It was definitely money well spent ! Catherine offered fresh ideas & a vision. She was extremely generous with her time & nothing was too much trouble. Post our consultation Catherine provided a mood board together with a summary document outlining where items could be purchased & providing names of professionals to undertake any work. It has been my bible! And I am gradually implementing her plans. Catherine has a lovely approach to her work & is pragmatic.
