Jean Dougan Design

Jean had a huge and very positive impact on our full house renovation. We changed every aspect of the house, adding a luxurious ensuite attic conversion, and changed all bedrooms into spacious double bedrooms, incorporating a garage extension and 2nd floor build seamlessly into the existing house. Jean also designed a custom built bedroom for our special needs child including hoist, raised bath and sensory lighting. Jean ran our tender process, shortlisted and interviewed 4 builders and developed contracts. She selected an architect and worked with him to incorporate her designs and complete regulatory documentation. Jean engaged with all suppliers and builders and ran forthrightly site meetings. She managed the budget, sourced suppliers, choose fittings & paints, and negotiated discounts. We are delighted with our house and I have no doubt it would not have worked as well without Jean's experience, design skill and attention to detail.

Asked for help with design but got a whole project management package. Was just what i needed as didnt have the time to do this myself. House looks great and everything works which is the important thing.
