Conbu Interior Design is led by Angela Connolly, who is passionate about bespoke fittings and custom furniture design. She has a wealth of experience in high-end home interiors and a pocket book full of Ireland’s premier suppliers, contractors and craftspeople. Angela was President of Ireland’s Interiors Association from 2014 to 2020 and is a Judge at Ireland’s annual Fit-out Awards.
She instills three key values in Conbu Interior Design.
The first is Excellence. We guarantee you the highest levels of quality and professionalism in all aspects of service delivery. And yes this means that we can effectively manage your budget and meet your deadline head on.
Then there’s Empathy. This is critical for an Interior Designer, who is, after all, invited into your home to help you live in it. Our homes are extensions of who we are as people. This is front and centre in our mind when designing for you. We endeavour to see the world in your shoes and design your home to reflect your unique personality, tastes and lifestyle.
Finally, Education. We believe in lifelong learning - and are fortunate to have the energy for it! We strive to mastered new skills and explore new styles and inspiration. We are delighted with the work completed by Angela and her team in transforming our kitchen and downstairs of our house.
Angela completed a design in line with our ask, project managed the various craftsmen and suppliers and advised on the selection of appliances, furniture,blinds, lighting and all accessories. in all aspects we were happy, the design was very good and was duly implemented by a team of workmen under the project management of Angela and we got great advice and assistance in sourcing the various items we needed. The end result is very eye catching yet practical and has attracted very favourable comments from our extended family, friends and neighbours. All completed in line with the original budget. A great outcome and we have no hesitation in recommending Conbu design.

1. To dress the windows in good quality stylish drapes and blinds.
2.To ensure that the blinds were easy to manage by a person with limited mobility.
We got both which was provided with sensitivity and expertise.Nothing was forced but the end product met our needs way beyond what we expected.

I contacted Angela at Conbu Interior Design with an almost impossible brief. The apartment I was selling was going on the market in 3 weeks and in the meantime I was undergoing surgery. This meant that I needed to hand over the entire staging of the property to Angela and at the same time, give her a super tight deadline. My budget was as tight as the deadline!Angela took on the project straight away. Her calm professional nature calmed and reassured me from the outset. Angela transformed my apartment and came in under budget and bang on time. The sale went through almost immediately and came in 25% higher than the expected market value. The initial investment of staging of the apartment paid for itself many times over. Working with Angela was a joy. I would unreservedly recommend this company.

I contacted Angela months before the project actually began as we had some delays. She was very patient with us and when it was time to get the project underway she organised almost everything for tradesman to start the work. Having connections like a carpenter, electrician and plumbers allowed me to finish up my full time job before coming a business owner.
Everyone did a great job with her direction and also the fact Angela took my vision and utilized such a small space and gave me this fantastic little kitchen to fulfil my dream.
