Joanne looked after me so well today. About 3 months ago i picked the wallpaper I really liked but due to unforseen event I didnt get back to the shop. I was "going up the walls" searching for the reference number Joanne had given me..no luck. I could not believe that when I called into the shop this morning not only did Joanne remember me, she remembered the actual sample book name and the very paper I had chosen. Lovely professional staff made my day. Many thanks Joanne. Sheila Curtis
