“Paul isn't just an architect. He's an artist who uses architecture as his medium. In 2010, we engaged him to help us design and build our dream home that we now call Cabins in the Woods. He knew all about how to integrate materials to create a home that would be low maintenance for us as we age. Paul paid attention to every detail and he truly integrated our home with the wooded setting surrounding it. We LOVE every day that we get to live in this beautiful place. “We added a four season room with lots of windows and high ceiling to our existing home. Lily provided architectural design services for the project. She listened carefully to our thoughts, presented her ideas on the design, and encouraged us to really bring the outdoors into the room. She was excellent to work with. Her drawings were completed on the timeline she gave. We had a couple of modifications after her initial drawings and she immediately worked those into the design. The final product was perfect! You'd never know the room was an addition and not part of the original structure. Lily also looked at our ideas on paint color and flooring and helped us finalize our selection. Highly recommend and would definitely use Lily on another project!”

“We used Trade Design Studio to redesign the main floor of our 120 year old house. The home was dark with many small rooms, and Trade Design Studio opened it up and made bright and airy. It now feels like home! We loved working them on our home and had a wonderful experience. They were very creative and came up with several floor plans and always wanted to know our thoughts and ideas. We would hire Trade Design Studio again in a second. I highly recommend them.”

“I had been doing a ton of research on different house plans that would properly fit the lot I own and the capture the available views when I came across a plan of Brian's. I contacted Brian at Young Architecture and let him know that I was interested in his plan and that I need to make some modifications. He quickly responded and let me know that this would not be a problem. We worked together over many months to modify the plans to suit my needs and he was very quick to make the changes and get them back to me to review. I would recommend Brian to anyone interested in building a home that does not want to spend a ton in architectural fees.”

“Mike Shrader, owner of Palladian Home Designs is an incredibly skilled architect who can handle creating an original home design for a client or work on modifying an existing plan to suit the buyer. His attention to detail and his willingness to be flexible are two qualities that I found to be extremely enjoyable while working with him on my home design. Mike took a set of near-finished blueprints and brought them up to speed while making changes that helped our home become a better place long-term and provided us a set of full blueprints that could be used by any builder of our choice. When the house was half-finished, Mike drove three hours to be on site and did a walk-through to help us with further modifications and had many suggestions and answered many questions to make sure the house was structurally sound in spite of our changes. That's a true professional who cares about his clients..”
