“When we bought an apartment in Lucca, we relied heavily on our Italian property lawyers. We hired a geometra through their help as we haven’t seen the property prior to buying it to make sure the place is structurally sound and sturdy. Geometra Fabio Di Martella proved to be exactly what we were looking for. He did everything in no time at all. He was very detailed in his reports and very professionally done that it was almost like we were seeing the property firsthand. The apartment was move-in ready but we wanted to update the bathrooms, kitchen and a small room. Di Martella was able to get all the necessary permits for the renovation quickly. They employed a renovation team that to us are the best and very reliable. Ing. di Martella was in contact with us throughout the renovation giving us updates, explaining things when they couldn’t be done exactly how we wanted them to be and offering solutions and suggestions while taking into consideration our own ideas. I’m a very meticulous and perfectionist person and he was very patient with all our demands even if it meant redoing a wall. With Ing. Di Martella’s constant update of the works that included pictures, we were reassured that everything was going perfectly well. His work ethic is very professional and yet very friendly that it felt we’ve known him and Geom. Di Martella for a long time. Studio Di Martella was with us from the very start and remained with us for some time after their job was finished. Who even does that these days? If we were to do this again, we would not hesitate nor think twice to work with Studio Di Martella again.
