“Thorough, reliable and easy to communicate with. Mike understood exactly what I needed and fulfilled my expectations completely! This was a walk-in closet about 12 ft long and included shelving for storing linens & toiletries, 3 rows of drawers, 4 sections of hanging space and overhead cabinets for out-of-season clothes and heavy blankets/comforters and one long section for shoes. Simple design making it easy and quick to clean and maintain.”

“Andrea has many great ideas and executes them with professional panache. She made a unit for my bedroom that works so well and holds all my stuff and helps me keep order in that space! She did all my closets and everything fit perfectly even without having enough closet space. she helped pick out the colors for my house and recommended some furniture and was so honest about what would and would not work. “The years go by, and the clutter piles up. It’s so easy to put down a piece of paper, then another and another, until there is a mountain of paper. I had mountains and cartons and towering piles of books, creating an environment that was no longer conducive to restful relaxation. Ritsuko Nakajima came to my home last Sunday, and I am astonished every time I look at the empty spaces, as well as the spacious layout, in my bedroom. In just a few hours, Ritsuko cleared cartons, paper, and bookcases to make everything look lovely. In addition, I have an action plan to follow to make sure things stay clear, and another action plan to work on my own to eliminate some furniture so that my home looks even better. “From the very beginning until the end of the project we had a wonderful experience. The design, initial sketch and pricing, all was done during the first visit in a timely manner. We were really happy with the carpenter who did the work, he was very careful and respected our requests. It made all the difference for us. We did our master bedroom walk in closet and pantry. “Sophia and her crew at Closets, Etc. met all of my expectations and more. I didn't realize the importance of nice and organized closet interiors until I purchased a home built in 1915...wow, people had very little clothing or shoes then...so after finding Closets, Etc. on Angie's List (which also gave them 5 stars!) I gave them a call. I had always worried whether I was sacrificing quality in an older house by going with Melamine but changed my mind quickly after seeing the variety of the materials available today. And, after all, they are closets! That hold stuff! So attractiveness was the goal. Having custom wood closet interiors made seemed an unnecessary expense considering what is now an amazing finished product! Things were seamless...Sophia, the owner, came out and measured my meager closets and before I knew it I was sent plannograms in detail and by color of each closet design. And her prices were very competitive. The service and installation was also outstanding. I am especially happy with what was a narrow, almost unusable closet that now holds 200 pairs of shoes. What more could a girl ask for? I would highly recommend Closets, Etc. for any closet project, small (they even installed cubbies in my coat closet for gloves, hats and the unbrellas) to large (an entire basement closet configuration). You won't be disappointed! I had 7 (some full, some partial) closets done for $1800, a bargain....”

“I had my closet done August 2015. Highly recommend this business and its owner Iggie Leto. He came for an estimate the same day I called. Took all necessary measurements and carefully documented my requirements. Made valuable suggestions that saved me money without compromising on quality. The closet was made precisely at the time I was given, no delays. The best part is when it was installed. I absolutely love it! Came out exactly like I wanted, great materials, professional look, and quick and sturdy installation. NO accidental damage to walls. Iggie was timely responding to all communication and followed up to make sure that the closet worked for me well. The last part is the price - I did a lot of research before I came across this business. Wirh Iggie, you get a custom, assembled and installed closet for the price of a flimsy closet system that you would have to put together yourself. The price is unbeatable, the quality is superb.”
