“Out of all the staging companies I have used for my listings, the san diego staging company outshines them all. While most other companies charge two, or even three, thousand dollars, they only charge $1000. For that price, you would expect to get cut rate furniture and decor, but that's not the case! The quality of products that Josie and Simon use are always top notch and well coordinated. I have had several buyers who have asked if they could keep the home staged as is upon closing, but i have had to turn them down. I have never had anything but a positive experience when dealing with Josie and Simon. They are always accommodating and willing to work around my schedule. I remember this one time when i needed a house staged right away(because i forgot to plan ahead). I called them in the morning, gave them address, and they had the home staged by 3pm. I had my pictures taken later in the day and everything was ready for my open house the following day. Simply amazing! Thank you for all your hard work and all the homes you have helped me sell!”
