Had Trevor look at fixing water ingress on my house and was told he'd be able to do it and would do up a quote. I asked him to confirm a couple of days later he was definitely happy to do it as I'd need to keep looking for someone else otherwise and he said he definitely was and gave me a timeframe and that I should organise access as it needed to go over the neighbour's yard. No quote ever came although I asked a couple of times. He kept saying he'd send it. When I contacted him he told me he was looking into something or another to get the job done. Towards the end of the timeframe he said he'd do it in and with no contact from him, I asked again. Again, same thing. He said he was going to do the job and was organising what was needed. I'll spare you the suspense. He never turned up. Totally unreliable and waste of time.
