“I had Daniel and TruBlue do a multi-room remodel: 2-1/2 bath and laundry room. Work included full shower rebuild, new master tub, floor tile, paint, countertops, plumbing, etc. Daniel provided a detailed work estimate and promptly answered all questions and concerns. He supplied excellent advice and suggestions. The work was done in a very efficient manner at a very fair price. Afterwards, Daniel stands behind his work to make sure things are right. “Chris did an excellent job with the design and remodel of our kitchen and living area. I cannot say enough about how much we appreciated his honesty, integrity and creativity through the process. We were moving a lot of walls and shifting floor plan in a 1940's house, so there were unexpected obstacles along the way, but Chris was creative and budget-conscious in every decision he made with us. The project finished on time, within budget and was everything we envisioned and more. We now live full-time in our kitchen/great room. We really don't spend time anywhere else. Chris communicates better than anyone I've ever worked with. You may find cheaper bids, but you will not find a more honest and talented builder than Chris Black.”

“Project in August 2013: Complete remodel of bathroom. Removed tub and enclosure. Built walk-in shower. Removed corner linen closet to free up more countertop space. Relocated plumbing and vent stack, to increase shower space, requiring trenching in foundation. Result:“I was impressed by the attention to detail and quality of work that was exhibited. I was able to provide timely input on small, but important design decisions that always come up during remodel projects. The crew arrived on time, when scheduled, and maintained a very clean work area. There was a high degree of continuity among crew. As a result, we really love the final result, and will kick off another project next year.””

“The job Steveson Remodeling did for us involved carpentry repairs and painting of the wooden window surrounds of our house. Steve Orelup is both a carpenter and a contractor. He brought in painters and effectively coordinated his carpentry with their painting. He had very creative and effective ways of handling the repairing part of the job. I plan to hire him again.”

“Working with Best and Best on our full house renovation was a dream from start to finish. They came out and gave us a competitive estimate, it wasn’t the least expensive bid we got. But I felt with their checks and balances that they have in place was the best fit for us. Best and Best communicated all the way through the project and even when we had last-minute add-ons and changes they were able to accommodate us and keep our project on track and on budget. Best and Best kept things very organized and clean which we appreciated. But what blew us away was their attention to detail and craftsmanship.
