“I am the supervisor of a complex of 22 townhouses. I have hired this professional company over the past 8 years. Over this time, almost most of our units have had burst geysers, with damage to ceilings and walls. In each case, I have called for this company to repair the damage, and within a day or two, the damage has been fixed. I find this company very obliging, nicely mannered at all times, the work is of the top most quality, left in a very neat and tidy condition and is always accompanied by a supervisor. I would highly recommend this company for their excellence in their supervision and workmanship. First hired in 2005, 18 repair jobs done in complex by them.”

“We have bought a newly built home from Building project X. None of the other properties we looked at came close to the B project X property in terms of workmanship and quality, the finishes are immaculate and the attention to detail throughout the house is commendable. After the purchase we needed additional work done, fitting of air-conditioning throughout, installation of a generator and different tiles for the master bedroom. Building project X gratuitously did all the additional work for us, gave us various options and finishes in order for us to complete this project. The additional work was done to the same high standard as we have come to expect from B-project X. “Renovation of old bathroom to incorporate with the bedroom as open plan. All sanitary ware was removed and area was extended with 6 m2. Double shower with benches and jacuzzi bath was build in. New vinyl flooring was laid in bed and bathroom. New tiling in bathroom with an exquisite focus wall, which was repeated above the basins of new vanity unit and in the toilet. Starlights on dimmers, extractor fans, skylight was put in. New shoe cupboard build in.”
